Mile Mischief

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Welcome to Mile Mischief — a driving-adventure game played from the car. By using it, you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.

Drive safe — the driver never plays

The person driving must never interact with the game while the vehicle is moving. Interactive prompts are designed for passengers; the game asks at the start of each session that a passenger handles the screen, and reminds you during play. Obey all traffic laws, follow posted signs over any in-app direction, and pull over safely if anything needs a driver's attention. You are responsible for how the vehicle is operated.

Your account

Accounts are for the adult who registers. Other riders join as named seats under your account — you are responsible for their play. Keep your login private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Drive Tokens

Prizes

Adventure Points can be redeemed for prizes listed in the game (like merchandise or tokens). Prizes are offered while supplies last, and the catalog may change. Redeeming points is not a purchase and creates no warranty.

Sponsors and offers

Some routes feature local sponsors, and finish screens may show sponsor offers (for example, a discount when you show a stamp). Offers are provided by the sponsor and honored at their discretion — Mile Mischief isn't responsible for a sponsor's products, services, or refusal of an offer.

Routes and content

Routes may change or be removed. Stops are suggestions — businesses can close or move, and road conditions change. Always defer to the real world over the game.

Acceptable use

Don't cheat, spoof GPS, exploit bugs, scrape the service, or interfere with other players. We may suspend accounts that abuse the game.

Liability

The game is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Mile Mischief is not liable for injuries, accidents, fines, vehicle damage, or losses arising from use of the game — including anything that happens while driving. You drive; the game doesn't.

Disputes and changes

If something goes wrong, contact us first at mbrashars@gmail.com — most problems resolve fastest that way. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally is brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
